Introduction

In Photoshop, we use the Photoshop Timeline panel to create animation frames. Every frame represents a configuration of layers. You can also design animations by using a timeline and keyframes. While animation in Photoshop is not a new concept, it definitely has come a long way in the last few years: The Timeline panel has been overhauled, video layers have been introduced, as can create keyframe animation. See the video to Create timeline animations.
